Specializing in creating realistic digital garments. With a passion for the gaming industry, I aim to enhance character storytelling through advanced and immersive outfit designs.
As digital fashion intern I work with an interdisciplinary team to help clients achieve photorealistic renders of their outfits. Additionally, I create realistic digital garments for the lookbook and provide the primary research needed to implement materials en trims in the render pipeline FLAIR.
- Created 20+ realistic garments for the lookbook in CLO3D
- Preliminary broad research into different fabrics and techniques with experiments in CLO to achieve them digitally (chenille, sequins, varsity letters)
- Experimentation with creating realistic digital haberdasheries in CLO3D using textures instead of mesh to keep file size low
- Creating realistic and fashion-oriented poses in Character Creator 3
- Final internship collection project, creating 3 outfits to showcase new skill level
During the minor VR I worked with a team of 5 interdisciplinary students to create an immersive Virtual Reality experience. The Knitaverse explored how the world could look like if everything was knitted. As the name suggests, it combines "knitting" with "Metaverse". The knitaverse is a place which unconsciously teaches the player more about knitting characteristics and behaviours while making them enthusiastic about the craft.
- Creative lead for concepting and ideation
- Taught the group about knitting and the technique behind it
- Design textures using Substance Designer
- Create 3D assets in Blender and CLO3D
- Did a little C# coding and helped building the game in Unity
